Description
Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price. ReStore is committed to making affordable and safe housing a reality for families, using mostly volunteer labor. Chesterfield ReStore is excited to for University of Richmond organizing wizards to help with a full, New Year clean-up. This will largely include sorting, organizing, light cleaning, and ensuring safety standards.

Attire/notes: Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided for this service project, and volunteers are also encouraged to use their own transportation. If volunteers plan to carpool or drive themselves, please arrive at 4767, 1201 Mall Dr, Richmond, VA 23235 by 12:30pm
